At Seven Trees Coffee, we are committed to delivering our exceptional coffee products to our valued customers in a timely and reliable manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy, tailored specifically for our operations in Australia:

  1. Shipping Methods and Rates:
    a) Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a convenient flat rate shipping option for $12.95 per order. This applies to all standard shipping orders within Australia.
    b) Subscription Shipping: For our loyal subscribers, we provide a discounted shipping rate of $8.95 per order. This rate is applicable to all recurring subscription shipments within Australia and pricing may vary depending where you order from.
    c) Express Shipping: If you require expedited delivery, we offer an express shipping option for $15.95 per order. This ensures faster delivery within a shorter timeframe.

  2. Order Processing Time: Once your order is successfully placed with us before 2pm (West Australian time), we will ship the same day. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your coffee is carefully packaged and prepared for shipping in a timely manner.

  3. Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is approximately 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location within Australia and any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during transit.

    For subscription orders, we strive to maintain a consistent delivery schedule based on your chosen frequency. However, slight variations in delivery dates may occur due to external factors such as holidays or carrier delays. Please also note that Subscription Shipping is subject to change without notice as a means to stay cost efficient, however we strive to make this as cheap as possible. We will ALWAYS attempt to make Subscription Shipping 30% off of the Standard Shipping fee if possible. By Subscribing you agree to the above terms.

  4. Express shipping: Orders on Express are prioritized for faster delivery and typically arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment, however this also depends on your location and the efficiency of Australia Post.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

  6. Shipping Carriers: We prefer to use AusPost for all of our deliveries. Whether that is on a local or national level due to their cost and efficiency. This may change in the future however this has been the best choice of service so far and thus we will continue to use them for our deliveries until stated otherwise.

  7. International Shipping: We understand that international rates are unfair, in our opinion they're quite ridiculous however that is just the way it is. We would love for our international customers to have the best experience possible with our brand and will accommodate as best we can. Please contact us for more information and assistance.
  8. Pricing ChangesAs you know, we take pride in knowing we aim to provide the best prices possible. Time and time again we push and exceed what we are able to offer our customers while staying as cost efficient as possible for as long as possible. In saying this, our shipping is subject to change without prior notice. This applies to individuals who reside in rural areas. Subscription Shipping (refer above) will ALWAYS be 30% off if possible as this is per the subscription contract we enter with our customers, however this is also subject to change for individuals in rural cost inefficient areas.
