Shipping Policy

At Seven Trees Coffee, we are committed to delivering our exceptional coffee products to our valued customers in a timely and reliable manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy, tailored specifically for our operations in Australia:

  • Shipping Methods and Rates:

a) Flat Rate Shipping: We have 3 different flat rate shipping amounts which are based on net order weight. (These amounts have been chosen from average AusPost rates - Overpaid Postage will be refunded)

<1kg = $12.95

1kg < 2kg = $15.00

2kg < 4kg = $20.00

 

b) Subscription Shipping: For our loyal subscribers, we attempt to provide a discounted shipping rate of $8.95 per order (This is the rate for orders weighing <1kg.) This rate is applicable to all recurring subscription shipments within Australia. This rate however, is subject to change from customer to customer, depending on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

 

c) Express Shipping: If you require expedited delivery, we offer an express shipping options starting at $15.00 based on order weight. (These amounts have been chosen from average AusPost rates - Overpaid Postage will be refunded)

1kg < 2kg = $20.00

  • Order Processing Time: Once your order is successfully placed with us before 1pm (AWST), we will ship the same day. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your coffee is carefully packaged and prepared for shipping in a timely manner.                                                                                                                           

 

  • Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is approximately 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location within Australia and any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during transit. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery times once orders leave our shop.                    

For subscription orders, we strive to maintain a consistent delivery schedule based on your chosen frequency. However, slight variations in delivery dates may occur due to external factors such as holidays or carrier delays. Please also note that Subscription Shipping is subject to change without notice as a means to stay cost efficient, however we strive to make this as cheap as possible. We will ALWAYS attempt to make Subscription Shipping 30% off of the Standard Shipping fee if possible. By Subscribing you agree to the above terms.                                               

  • Express shipping: Orders on Express are prioritized for faster delivery and typically arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment, however this also depends on your location and the efficiency of Australia Post.                                       

 

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.                                                        

 

  • Shipping Carriers: We utilise two shipping companies: AusPost and Sendle (Aramex). We always check for the best rate and use the one with better shipping fees. Shipping fees have increased via AusPost over the course of 2025 making Sendle our go-to company to maintain our shipping discount for subscribers. This is not always possible since Sendle rates are dependent on the customer's location.   

 

  • International Shipping: The international rates of postage are a flat-rate estimate based on AusPost's calculations. Should the postage be underpaid or overpaid we will rectify this personally, by reaching out via email to resolve all international queries and concerns. We would love for our international customers to have the best experience possible with our brand and will accommodate as best we can. Please contact us for more information and assistance.

 

  • Pricing ChangesAs you know, we take pride in knowing we aim to provide the best prices possible. Time and time again we push and exceed what we are able to offer our customers while staying as cost efficient as possible for as long as possible. In saying this, our shipping is subject to change without prior notice. This applies to individuals who reside in rural areas or order >2kg. We will always strive to offer our subscribers discounted shipping, but in some cases it is just not possible.
