Shipping policy

All orders and goods are shipped from our warehouse in Falcon, Western Australia and we will inform you of the tracking number via email once your product is shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard freight costs (Australia Post)

  • All orders have a flat rate shipping of $12.95
  • Shipping to New Zealand has a flat rate of $30-00
  • Subscription Shipping is $8.95 and subject to change without prior notice.
  • We ship to most countries and the shipping rate will automatically calculate on check out for those countries.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are dispatched next business day by Australia Post or our selected couriers. Please allow 3-5 days for standard shipping. Please note that delivery to more remote regional areas may take a little longer. Also, ground coffee usually takes an extra day to arrive as we grind and pack these to order.

It’s not fun to run out of coffee, so if for any reason you have not received your coffee within 10 days, please call on 0467 974 896 or by message and we will be happy to follow it up for you.
