Our signature, fresh locally roasted, Ethiopian Sidamo is a natural processed coffee from the south western highlands of Ethiopia, and is sun dried on raised beds. This coffee grows with lush red berries and gives huge floral aromatics off the grinder, always with a superb smell of fruity tones.
This bean has the biggest impact in a light to medium roast depth. Hugely interesting all rounder with a big fruity juicy punch and our go to for our 20 - 24hr cold brew coffee.
